Sales and Marketing: Sales Manager

Recruitment requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking sleeping rooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, etc.
2. Initiate new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients
3. Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
4. Conduct property site visits and answer questions
5. Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts and analyze lost business for the hotel(s)
6. Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals
   Requirements:

Front Office: Receptionist

Recruitment requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of the Guest check in/out procedures and Guest queries
2. Respond to Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
3. Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are aware of any relevant feedback from Guests and/or other departments
4. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
5. Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
6. Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
7. Assist with other departments, as necessary

Requirements:
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous

Concierge

Recruitment requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
2. Retrieve and transport guest luggage
3. Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
4. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
5. Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
6. Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment

Requirements:
1. Positive attitude and communication skills
2. Ability to work under pressure and Excellent English skill
3. Ability to work on own and as part of a team
4. Commitment to respond to Guest requests and deliver high levels of service
